We are expanding the staffing at Dragonen during the evening and are therefore looking for more colleagues who want to be part of our team!

Dragonen's care and nursing home is located at Dragonfältet near Umeå city center.

The care and nursing home was built in 2008. It has an outdoor environment with two large patios, generous balconies on each floor, and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The building has three floors with 96 rooms/apartments. Dragonen is a municipal care and nursing home.

Your responsibilities

With a professional approach and a good attitude, you assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' participation is in focus, and you contribute to ensuring that services are performed with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan.

You will assist with tasks such as showering, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your responsibilities also include documenting actions and health status, as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse.

About you

We are now looking for someone with experience in elderly care and knowledge of delegation. If you are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver, it is an advantage for the position.

Your interaction with the residents requires good competence based on personal suitability, maturity, and empathetic ability. You demonstrate great commitment to both the residents and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To communicate with residents, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Other

4 positions for permanent employment, part-time 22%, starting as soon as possible, by agreement. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening on weekends.
